A420 : Vicke Lindstrand, Kosta
Glass vase, "Unik", Vicke Lindstrand, Kosta, 1950's. Signed: Kosta Unik 1280. Height 6.2 inches (15.7 cm). Excellent condition. Heavy, clear crystal with a single, spiral cane in dark purple coiled from the base upward toward the cavity. The technique of "stick blowing" was probably used to create the cavity. A fantastic example of design creativity and glass blowing skill. SOLD |
