Early stoneware vase, "Argenta", Wilhelm Kage, Gustavsberg, 1932. Signed: Gustavsberg "Anchor Symbol" Argenta 1076 B Made in Sweden (stamp). Height 7.8 inches (19.8 cm), Diameter 5.0 inches (12.7 cm). Excellent condition. Mottled, matte glaze in shades of green. Classical shape with a simple, geometric decoration of vertical, silver stripes, etched with a zig-zag line on each stripe. SOLD |
